The location and ocean view was great. There was no closet in the guest bedroom so we had to share with the master. The sofa in the living room was a pull out bed. We didn’t use the pull out bed but it was very uncomfortable to sit on because when you sat on it it would slide out. It may need to be looked at.. I would definitely stay there again. These were minor inconveniences.

Girls trip

Loved our stay at “One Particular Harbor”. The host reached out several times to make sure our visit was going well and to see if there was anything we needed. The grounds were beautiful and we loved having The Grill restaurant right on the property. Food was delicious! Location is perfect! Nice and quiet and far from the busy pier area. The only recommendation for the condo would be a full length mirror, a large bowl for salad, a larger pot for a shrimp boil and a can opener
 we had to use a knife to open a can. Also, we didn’t use the pull out couch (which was new!) because we didn’t need too, however, every time we sat down on it, it would slide out. We didn’t take the time to look, but maybe there’s a place to secure it so it doesn’t slide out when sit on it . On our previous trips to Tybee, we’ve always stayed at the Desoto Condos, which are wonderful, and we will now add The Beach Club Condos to our list of great places to stay! Overall, our stay was just about perfect!

We had a relaxing weekend, you could view the sun rise on the balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. In the evening you could walk down to the restaurant without the hassle of driving somewhere. Very nice place.

Exploring Georgia

First time in Georgia, and this rental did not disappoint. Right on the ocean with great views over looking the pool and ocean. Parking/checking in was easy. Most things are in walking distance on the island, but there is plenty of parking (parking fees), if walking isn’t an option. Downtown Savannah is a quick 25 minute straight drive and very easy. We were able to get an Uber for $25, but the parking garage in town was only $5 for the day. Our only issue was the TV in our living room wasn’t working. We were told it was being replaced, but that never happened. Not a super big deal. The local bars had plenty of tv’s for the football games. Highly recommend staying on Tybee island!

Wonderful spot!

The condo was beautiful, super clean and comfortable. Location to beach was Great. The beds were very comfortable. If you cook while on vacation be sure to bring your own spices etc, there were ample dishes and cookware. Will come back for sure, but sadly will book a different unit to ensure access to all the property has to offer. Having to drive and pay to park to use the pool owned by the management company isn't really convenient with kids. The condo itself was fantastic though. The property management company was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed watching the cargo ships from the balcony, and got to swim near some dolphins. It was a great spot for our family.

Get away weekend for senior citizens.

My wife and I really enjoyed our four nights at our condo. It was a short walk to the beach, had an elevator on site, two pools, and a restaurant with seating that overlooks the ocean. The unit we stayed in was perfect, well stocked with the necessities, and very clean.

Disappointing

Pros: -quiet neighborhood -great beach location. -beautiful view from room. -kitchen supplies nicely available - washer/dryer worked well -water is good and got, nice water pressure -layout common -can’t hear neighbors once in the room Cons: -Mold growing in en-suite floor and ceiling. -shower door doesn’t close all the way and water covers floor. - toilet seat broken in hall bath -air conditioning doesn’t get below 74 -beds are very stiff and mattresses old -pull out couch is thin and head piece won’t stay horizontal, so it slants down toward floor -furniture throughout is old, worn down and couch sags in middle -headboard not properly attached to smaller bed, so it moves and knocks the wall when you adjust positions -if arriving at night, no lights on building to show signage. It is NOT called ‘Tybee Beach Club’. Just ‘Beach Club’ on one part of the building. This is not clear when reading directions -pool is not on site of property, it is a mile down at another building. We assumed we could also get to pool on site, but never got that figured out -no curtains in master bedroom, so if you want to sleep in and light bothers you, go to other room. There are blinds, but they do not keep out majority of light I would not call this a true condo, more like a hotel suite. They did provide little single use toiletries, which is a nice touch, even though we brought our own. Would not stay again.

Beautiful condo

Wonderful condo located by a quiet part of the beach. Everything was just as described. Southern Belle texted the first day to make sure all of our expectations had been met. We enjoyed our stay VERY much. With that being said, we do have a couple of suggestions (not complaints) for you: 1) A towel bar by the sink in the master bathroom would be nice. There is an open spot on the wall for one. 2) The floors need a good cleaning with a clean mop. On our first day, we noticed our feet were black only minutes after getting out of the shower. 3) There is NO closet space or place to hang any clothes in the second (queen) bedroom. This was extremely inconvenient since both couples on our vacation hang all of their clothing. Perhaps a clothing bar in the armoire where the TV is would work well. The television could be wall mounted. Just some thoughts we wanted to pass along to you and prepare others for. Again, we were very happy with our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return!

Nice location, close to restaurants. Beautiful pool area and garden. Condo is well equipped. My only suggestion would be to add salt, pepper, coffee, creamer and sugar. You have to bring or purchase all food items for your stay. Just as pictured. Enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable for Family of Four

My family stayed here in March 2023. This was our first trip to Tybee, and while the weather was a little colder than we had hoped, it was nice to have the heated pool! The management was very responsive to anything we needed especially when needing the daily pool code. The condo is not right on the beach, but gaining access to the beach was not a problem. When they say parking is not free, they mean it. Everywhere is pay to park. Other conviences include The Deck restaurant (on property) and a playground across the street. Great location for a family wanting a quiet stay.
