We love Tybee

This is similar to other condos at Beachside. 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms. View of the pool from the balcony which was great. Outside bar at the pool is amazing. All the staff is wonderful and super nice. The outside grills were gas and were great. Only things I would update would be some more comfortable seating the living room, a mattress topper for the beds. Other than that our stay was wonderful!

Absolutely perfect

The check in was flawless, condo was very clean, the first night we got there, the remote for the living room did not work. I contacted the rental company and I had a new remote by 10pm that evening. I mean the communication was outstanding!! I loved the balcony and having the restaurant/bar right at the pool. So convenient! The master shower is the best shower EVER! You have restaurants, quaint coffee shops, boutique shopping and a tiny grocery store within a very short driving distance. We will definitely be back.

Lovely condo!

Spent 3 weeks here . The kitchen was very well equipped. The location is ideal. The beds could be upgraded but other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed living here! Would recommend for a couple or great friends like us. Hope to return!

Tybee Island Paradise

Our stay was amazing. We loved the resort feel or vibe! Quick pool and beach access along with the Deck restaurant that had great food/service on grounds. The condo was clean, well stocked, and easy to access once we arrived. We also loved the location because of the easy drive to Savannah. Pier 16, The Deck, Cotton Exchange (Savannah), and North End Beach Bar Grill were among our favorite eating spots. The Sugar Shack was a great ice cream place for late evening with family. I highly recommend Captain Derick's Dolphin Cruise/Tour. It was amazing to book the sunset tour!!

Clean and tidy

There were a couple of issues, the deadbolt did not lock and a chair had a loose leg. I left it upside down on the table to ID which one it was. The complex was doing maintenance to grind off stairwell paint and reapply. That is not a bad reflection on the complex, but had I known I may have chosen a different location from Southern Belle because I would be in the unit mostly during the day due to my Holiday Timing. I have already recommended this complex and this unit to friends. I may come back myself.

Fun in the sand

It was adorable, clean, comfy, and inviting. The decor was beachy. Beds were comfortable. Only downsides 
 not enough towels - 2 towels per person for a week stay would be appreciated - and was surprised to find no closet in the main bedroom. At least the second bedroom had an armoire.

Tybee vacation 2023

We had an awesome time on this vacation. The condo was great inside very clean and well-kept. The master bed was not real comfortable, but for a week it wasn’t too bad. It was centrally located easy to get to downtown. We were there for the Fourth of July the fireworks were great. We ate out dinner every night. All the seafood we had at different restaurants was wonderful. I highly recommend staying here and on Tybee Island.

The condo was very clean and accessible to the beach. There is a restaurant on the property that serves breakfast through dinner. If you like to walk, the condo is conveniently located with easy access to shops and restaurants.

Great Location on Beach

Awesome location, right on the beach. Very clean and plenty of room. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Only negatives were the pool closed early, would be nice to go for a swim after 6.

Good location

Good location on the island. The unit had enough space and looked just like the photos. Easy beach access and a little bit of a view from the balcony. There is a great playground across the street. We did have issues finding the unit itself but they responded when we called. The patio door was really hard to slide and eventually came off the track. They fixed it the next day. Overall the unit is clean but the floors need a good scrub. They look fine but turn the bottom of your feet black.

The room was awesome .

The property had construction going on with pool area. You couldn't use it or the beach access on that side. Had to walk to other side of property to go to the beach to long of a walk. Wouldn't have stayed at this property if I was told about the pool construction and beach access issues.

Expected better for the price

1- Check-in was a fairly easy process 2- We received an email after booking that the building was undergoing maintenance etc... Both pools were being under full rebuilt, therefore, could not be used... 4. Because of all repairs, the adjacent restaurand was closed, and a generator was being used all night long, so beeing very noisy 5. Worksite would start at 5 am..... 6. Upon arrival, we found towels folded, but wet .. so we dried them ourselves in the dryer..... 7. On the good side, we did get quick response on a toaster issue, that was replaced the same day. Although, not the best in the sense that you can hardly fit a normal slice of bread... P.S. We have pictures proving the above comments.
