Great little place to stay on Tybee Island. It is a quiet neighborhood away from everything so you will definitely need transportation to get to the beach and restaurants. The house is clean and cool and worked very well for our family of 5. Be sure to visit the Polk St beach. It is a quiet little spot to with very little tourist traffic and plenty of beach. You can sit and watch the ships come in and out all day!
Since it was a new listing you are kind of taking a chance but we were not disappointed. The interior was nicely done with plenty of room. Nice sized kitchen and everything worked. Beds and bathrooms were nicely done. It wasn't far from anything in Tybee. Nice lime tree that was overhanging the steps up. I would always bump my head on it going up but it was full of limes so that was fine. Little patio was nice to sit on. Not all the places were as nice as this one but the street always seemed quiet no matter if it was morning, afternoon or night. We would definitely recommend this place for a nice place to stay. Honestly we really didn't talk to the host after we checked in but all that meant is that we really didn't need anything.
