Our family, which included six adults and two young children, just had an amazing week at Beachfront Home.The house is exceptionally well-designed, offering multiple areas for quiet time. The kitchen is well-stocked with high-quality pans, and we also enjoyed using the gas grill during our stay. We found the beds to be very comfortable and appreciated having plenty of hot water. The home was exceptionally clean. Additionally, the wide selection of toys provided for the kids to use at the pool and beach was fantastic.The location in such a quiet part of the island provided the serene beach experience we were looking for. It was also a pleasure to meet Akash, who was incredibly kind and helpful during our visit.Thank you again for such a memorable stay. We will definitely be back in the future

We absolutely LOVED this place! We had the best time. The little kids rocked the pool multiple times a day. The older ones loved the beach & beach fishing. The house is everything you need and more. Akash was awesome and helpful. It was a perfect week.

Host was quick to go above and beyond to make our stay special. Traveling with family ages 81 to 5, so the elevator was a must. The sunset views were amazing from the decks. One of the best stocked houses we have stayed in. Did not need to run out and by anything during our time there. Will definitely stay again.

There are so many great perks to this home! We were able to meet our host - he was so warm and welcoming. The home perfectly fit my family, especially the elevator for my 83 year old mom who can’t do stairs anymore. Every room was decorated so nicely. The pool and yard were like an oasis and we were just steps to the beach. We hope to return soon.

Our stay was wonderful! Our host was fantastic- I had texted him before we left to answer some questions and he responded quickly. He turned the heated pool on for us so we had several refreshing swims. The house had an elevator which was simple to use which allowed my 83 year old mom to move around the house. My mom is in a wheelchair but we were able to take her to the beach- which had been her only Christmas wish. The kitchen was well supplied and the house was cozy.We enjoyed family games on the large dining table, watching bowl games and enjoying the views from the beautiful and well equipped porches. We explored Tybee Island as well as Savannah and enjoyed many wonderful breakfast places and interesting shops.We had a wonderful week and would rent this house again in a second.

I felt this was an excellent place for the 12 of us... the beach wasn't crowded due to it being somewhat private. This house also has a private pool,a few of our group don't care for the beach...so very nice .A few minor things we messaged to the owner and he was right on it. Very friendly owner. He was greatful for the info so it could be addressed.

We had a wonderful time at this perfect beach house. All the creature comforts of home were there for us. Our host, Akash was pleasant and super helpful. The bedrooms were comfortable, the game room had plenty for all to do, The pool was PERFECTION as was Kayaking with the dolphins at sunset! I highly recommend Sunset Bay.

Spring Break on Tybee Island

This is a great property! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Game room was lots of fun as we spent plenty of time playing ping pong and foosball! Heated pool was amazing! Easy short walk to the beach. My sons were even brave enough to jump in the water despite it being the middle of March! Property owner/manager checked in with me several times to make sure everything was as expected. Great stay and highly recommend it!!

THIS IS THE ONE!!!

OMG, where do i start. the host starting communicating with me before i even arrived. HE WAS AMAZING. He was very attentive to all of our needs even when the power went out (big storm came) he sent some one with flashlights and candles in the storm. The house has absolutely everything you need to be at the beach. There were 10 of us in our dance ministry girls trip. we had plenty of towels, wash cloths, pool towels, beach chairs. There were games like corn hole, ping pong and board games. The house is a nice list stroll over the private board walk. So relaxing. We did yoga on the beach. The main level is superb. There is a living area, kitchen, the primary room with bath and another room (Queen), a separate bath room and laundry room. This level also has a balcony with chairs and such to just chill. The 3rd level has a balcony too. No room is a bad room. We had so much space to do a lot. We didnt shop on the island. We opted to hit the Publix, liquor store and Dollar Tree about 20 mins before getting to the house. We didnt leave the house the whole weekend. DID I MENTION THE HOST!! Great house. I will be returning. **Friendly neighbors**

Beautiful house, great experience!

My family and I spent 4 wonderful nights in this house. The location is perfect; literally steps away from the private beach access. Also, it’s within a 5-10 minute walk to the local coffee shop(Tybean). The house was roomy, clean and well stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and plenty of beach towels. There’s also a brand new pool which we enjoyed quite frequently. It is on the small side, but still beautiful and a good place to take a quick dip whenever the urge hit. It was nice that it’s right outside the game room so we could all be hanging out in the same area playing games and swimming. The host, Akash was so friendly and responsive whenever we had questions. He went above and beyond what we’ve ever had a host do before. He even was kind enough to let us use his family’s personal kayaks! This was a trip for me, and my three daughters and their families to celebrate the life of my late husband, and I know he would have been SO happy with this property! (And he was picky about vacay rentals!)

Amazing Ocean View

What a joy our stay was. You can watch the ocean waves from both of the large verandas as well from inside through the full wall of windows. Only steps to the beach! We traveled as a whole family with teens and elderly adults and we all had a great stay. The owners hospitality and help with anything we requested was above and beyond. They are wonderful hosts. Highly recommend for anyone as all are so considered in the furnishing of this beautiful home from the game room to the elevator!

Boardwalk to the beach is right next to property. The best part is I have lived in Savannah my whole life but never stayed on this side of the beach and it is so private and secluded from the crowds.

Celebrated our parents 55th anniversary, the property was clean and very nice!! We had an amazing time. Excellent location for the beach! Property owners were extremely kind and very accommodating, allowed us to check in early, and were always available for questions. Great property for large group. Highly recommend
