The house is wonderful and super clean! It has everything you need for a stay at the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and spacious and two porches to enjoy the outside as well as ping pong and corn hole in the garage make it an ideal place for families to stay. The elevator is an added plus and a large dining table for meals and board games. Seating area in family room and TV is great! Kitchen was well stocked with baking dishes and utensils and outdoor grill as well. Convenient access to the beach via a boardwalk. We hope ti come again!

Great - with Minor Qualifications.

The house itself was perfect. Immaculate, spectacular views, and they thought of every convenience - no Complaints. But - the parking space area is very tight. One of the vehicles parked inside MUST be no bigger than a Honda Civic - a Camry will not fit. The walk to the beach through the dunes is difficult for older guests. Several of us walked out to Butler Ave and over to 11th st to use the full wooden walkway there.

fun for everyone!

Property was well kept/clean. There were plenty of kitchen utensils to accommodate us all. The space below the home was a great hangout spot in the evenings. We loved the outdoor shower to rinse everything/everyone off before going inside after coming off the beach. The view was beautiful off the living room! The only issue we ran into was getting our beach essentials to the beach on the path from the home to the beachfront. The path is pretty windy and our wagons were too full to use the path. They would sink down into the sand and get stuck. We started using the boarwalk on 11th street after the first day of trying out the path. This went much smoother but wasnt ideal. Overall, we had a great time at this property!

Gorgeous Home

Gone Coastal was a beautiful home. The layout was fantastic and our group of 10 was very comfortable. All of the beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed spending time on the beach as well as viewing it from the porches. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Property ✹

We couldn’t have been happier with Gone Coastal! The gorgeous photos in the listing were spot on with the actual property. It was impeccably clean upon arrival and it is evident that the property is well taken care of. There wasn’t an uncomfortable bed or chair in that home. It is well appointed with everything you might need for your stay. Our favorite spot in the house was the dining room table that was big enough for meals, games and puzzles. The Game Room off the garage was a big hit, especially when it rained. The beach is a very short walk on the path in front of the house. From the porch we enjoyed watching the GIANT container ships as they were escorted by The Savannah Pilots in and out of the channel (that is right in front of the house) to the Port in Savannah. We also got to see dolphins as they frolicked in the ocean. Everything is very close to the property, the town, the Light House and many restaurants. We couldn’t have chosen a home that was a better fit for our family. It exceeded ALL of our expectations!! Thank you Tybee Vacation Rentals for offering this lovely property!

Family Get Away

This property is absolutely beautiful. It’s a little hard to find the street it’s on. We all enjoyed the views and the huge windows in the common areas. The kids loved the bunk beds, the rest of the beds were high off the ground and a little difficult for us to get in. Most of our family is 5’ 8 and under. It does have most of the bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It would be nice if there was a den or small living area on the second floor. A little pricey, but we needed the elevator for my elderly mother. I wouldn’t recommend this place for handicapped people.

We loved the location. Great beach experience (when it wasn’t raining lol). Close enough to Savannah for daily trips (we had a rental). House was amazing. All amenities and very clean. Easy to contact rental agency. Our elevator was out of order which was difficult given bedrooms are all upstairs but I was advised prior to our arriving that it was inoperable

Great Trip

Our family had a wonderful time in Tybee. This rental is terrific and right on the beach. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There is also a nice boardwalk 1 block away that is perfect if you want to ride bikes to the beach. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Great rental!

Great family vacation

We LOVED this property! It fit our family perfectly. We loved both decks. The porch swing was my favorite-so relaxing being able to swing and to listen to the ocean. The kitchen does not come with any spices or oils as is stated so definitely bring your own. The bedrooms were great-allowed us to have plenty of space for our family of 9 including a baby. The walk to the ocean was short but walking through the sand dunes could be tiring. We found it was easier to just walk a little farther and use one of the bridges to walk to the beach! Loved our stay! We would definitely use this house again if we ever go back to Tybee Island!!

Perfect beach house

We couldn’t have asked for a better 1st time to Tybee Island. The house had more than enough space and we felt like we were staying in a model Home. It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Everyone slept well on the beds, water pressure is amazing inside and the the outside shower. It’s a bit of a trek over the dune but if you have a bunch of stuff the very next street has a full boardwalk. The outside entertainment area is perfect. There was 2 bikes to use, a beach cart with fat wheels, Boogyboards, sand toys and a couple small beach chairs. IF I had to critique something it would be that there isn’t a bathroom by the entertainment space and we couldn’t figure out how to use all the awesome shower heads in 2nd floor master. Also, I LOVED that couch swing and even fell asleep on it but it’s off the bedroom so when the other guests wanted to use it, they were hesitant to come Into our bedroom. Definitely one of the best places I’ve stayed. Oh and one more thing, the team at Tybee vacation rentals are top notch! Easily accessible, helpful, and wonderful personal touches.

Excellent home! Great communication.

We rented this property for a staff retreat with 4 adults. The home was perfect with 5 bedrooms and 4 full baths, so we could all have our own “space” We had to call maintenance in because of a chirping smoke alarm that we could not reach and they sent someone immediately to fix it. House was very clean, nice linens, kitchen well stocked. Only problem we had was not having enough time to enjoy it for longer!

Nice property, grumpy neighbors

Loved the house Parking was super tight for 4 vehicles A Tybee local asked us not to back into his extra parking space to turnaround “It’s aggravating and we should try harder with the space we have” We used the 11th Street boardwalk as up and over dunes was difficult as the 10th Street was a short boardwalk. Plenty of space in the home for our large family. More towels would be great and that dryer needs to be repaired or replaced. It took hours to dry small loads.
