Friendly staff all around

We stayed in Tyler Texas at Residence Inn by Marriott for 3 nights to watch our son play baseball. I was very happy with the friendly staff, from Whitney who checked us in and accommodated some of our small minor requests with a positive attitude … to Savanna on the morning breakfast staff who was very helpful and friendly for a first timer in Texas. Amenities were great, spacious rooms perfect for our family of 4. Would stay here again if we drop by Tyler again.

Room choice was poor.

We checked in at chech in time. We were given a room that looked out at a roof. There were holes in the black out curtains. The rest of the room was perfect. The check in woman was very friendly.
