The only regards I have is the key wasn’t program for our complete stay. On day 2 we had to take the key to the front desk to get it reprogrammed. It was if we were checking out on day 2. Thanks to the customer service rep who fix the issue.

Wonderful stay at this hotel. It was very clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The breakfast offered was varied and fresh. Plenty of options such as eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, breads, fruit, juice, yogurt, and coffee. If you cannot find something on this breakfast, you are too picky. The hotel is beside a beautiful walking trail and there are plenty of shopping and dining options very close.

We had a very nice stay! The hotel was decorated with beautiful Christmas decorations. The entire hotel, including our room, was very clean. The breakfast was good...they even had crispy bacon! I definitely ate my share of that! All of the employees we met were friendly and very polite. We will definitely seek out this brand of hotel when we travel.

The room was wonderful, the staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. And the lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We just wish we could have stayed longer!
