Apartment 75 meters, 100 meters from the beach, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en suite with double bed, TV 28 'and high standard cabinet, single bedroom with two beds and wardrobe, both rooms with fan ceiling, and air conditioning, lounge with HD TV 42 'with a beautiful panel and rack, sofa and air conditioning, a beautiful kitchen designed with refrigerator, stove, hood, microwave, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, mixer, laundry with closet and clothesline floor and etc. Dining room with table and 6 chairs, barbecue on the balcony view from the front of the building. Everything new. Recreation area consisting of: cold pool with sauna and waterfall, heated pool with sauna, two game rooms (child and adult), playroom, playground, relaxation space with Wi-Fi. Já fiquei várias vezes nesse gibdininio, mas a primeira vez nesse apto. Muito bom. Únicos detalhes que poderiam melhorar, é ter filtro de água, máquina de lavar roupa ajuda muito na praia. E acessórios básicos de cozinha como panos de prato, panos de chão, abridor de latas.. mas o apto é muito bom e nossa estadia foi excelente.

O apto é excelente, tudo conforme as fotos postadas, minha família gostou muito, sempre será lembrado em minha próximas viagens e indicação a amigos. Ficamos hospedados no inicio de janeiro, o apto é bem limpo e arejado, os moveis são de qualidade, boas camas para dormir, ar condicionados todos funcionando, ótima localização, com um condomínio de uma ótima estrutura de portaria e lazer. Só tenho duas recomendações ao proprietário. A primeira é colocar uma porta na saída da sala para aérea da churrasqueira na sacada, isso vai ajudar a não entrar fumaça de churrasco para dentro do apto, mesmo com o sistema de exaustão que ajuda, acaba entrando fumaça no imovel. A segunda é substituir o sofá cama da sala, tem espaço eu acredito para ser aquele sofá cama que esticam, o modelo existente não muito confortável, pois é um tipo que vira duas cama de solteiro pequenas, ideal para crianças. É um apto TOP.... super recomendável.

O apartamento é excelente. Muito limpo, organizado e bem próximo da praia. Além disso há uma churrasqueira na sacada que facilita caso deseje fazer um churrasco. Existem proteções nas janelas e sacada. No condomínio tem piscina adulto, infantil é uma coberta. A estrutura é ótima e os funcionários muito atenciosos. O proprietário do apartamento é bem atencioso. Voltaremos com toda a certeza. Recomendo a locação.

Eu amei nossa estadia, todos os funcionários do condominio são muito prestativos e atenciosos, sem contar com a educação de todos. O proprietário José Mario muito atencioso também, o apartamento muito confortável, a única coisa , foi que o apartamento ao lado, 208, fez churrasco por 2 dias seguidos , e não avisou a portaria pra ligar o exaustor, e entrou fumaça no apartamento, se tivesse uma porta entre a sala e a churrasqueira , ajudaria à não entrar fumaça no ap. No mais , lugar exelente, as piscinas , os salões de jogos, saunas, tudo muito limpinho. Nós amamos, voltaremos com certeza, nem procuro outro condominio na praia grande, ficamos muito satisfeito com tudo.
