Beautiful and comfortable kitnet less than 150 meters from the sandy beach. Ideal for a couple. Having a child can provide a mattress. Kitnet equipped with air conditioning, fans, tv, fridge, stove and basic kitchen utensils. We are locating in an exclusively residential neighborhood, very quiet. The beach is also calm and practically in front of the house there is a natural pool with goldfish. Turtles are also often spotted.
