Beautiful hotel and location. The staff was great an attentive. Breakfast was included which is great but I personally didn’t love the food options. However the dinner menu was great and food was delicious loved the live music as well. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel grounds are great. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Also very convinient to monkey forest, temples, waterfalls and rice fields. Loved outstanding in UBud.

From the calming atmosphere to the professionalism and skill of the therapists, it was deeply relaxing and added another level of luxury to our stay. Great location! Friendly and attentive staff; SUPER clean hotel. Pools were lovely and well maintained. The power did flicker two nights in a row but was restored quickly - they are doing construction but that did not interfere with our room/location. Breakfast needs more variety and better options. Alaya is an amazing place to stay and very convenient. They really go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend staying here. We are vegan and they accommodated our requests. Very nice spa services as well. Get the balinese massage. From check in to check out the whole time we felt very cared for. Very convenient location to walk to places.
