Had to switch rooms twice the first one smelled like cigarettes so bad even though it was supposed to be a smoke free room, the second room wasn’t even clean and then the third room we gave up and took it but it still smelled and we had to go to Walmart to get air freshener and a candle to get rid of the smell so we could actually sleep cause it was horrible. To top it off we had no hot water to take a shower and the heater smelled horrible the filters haven’t been cleaned in awhile over all it was a very horrible experience I’ll never stay here again

I accidentally left my key in my room once, and when i went to request a new one, manager/owner was annoyed and asked me if i had $5. The keys always deactivated so easily and once again, owner would get annoyed when i would ask to have it reactivated. Even told me "youre the only one who complains about the keys, no one else has this problem". Very much attitude all around. Stayed there for 2 weeks and not ONCE did my room ever get cleaned. Had to swipe a roll of toilet paper off one of the carts. Thankfully i had my own towels.....

The price was fair. However it soon became obvious why( room #123): The shower head was literally dangling. The flooring at the foot of the shower as soon as you walked out had rotted & was covering a hole only by the vinyl laminate. Also for a "non smoking room" I could swearJoe Camel had been there😉 It wasnt anything devastating or traumatizing but definitely details tge property iwner should address.
