Otelin konumu oldukça iyi. Otelin anlaşmalı olduğu kahvaltı yapabileceğiniz bir mekan var. Ancak oranın kahvaltısı gerçekten iyi değil ve bardaklarda oldukça kirli. Sadece bir gün orda kahvaltı yaptık. Kahvaltı hizmeti olmasa da olur.

Odaya girişte delux oda aldğmz halde bizi balkonsuz ve otopark manzaralı bir oda verdiler.Durumu görüp itiraz edince Hotels size bu odayı vermiş diyerek değiştirdiler.Oysa o oda bize verilen odayla aynı kategoride olmamalıydı zaten.son odamız kitesurf deniz manzaralı güzel bir odaydı.tek güzel tarafı da buydu,kahvaltı servisi veren mekanın garsonları çok kabaydı kahvaltı hakkımız 2 günde kullanmadık.girişteki yersennn muamelesi,koridorda çocuklar koşup gürültü yaptığı,kahvaltı mekanı ve otopark mafyası hangemesine girmek zorunda kaldığımız için bir daha gelmeyeceğiz.meraklısına bir gece manzara için önerilir daha fazlası çekilmez.

Kötü Deneyim

Çalışanlar genel olarak güleryüzlü olmasına rağmen berbat bir deneyimdi. Belki sayıları yetersiz olduğundandır. Biz yine de insanlarla tartışıp zehir etmeden tatilimizi geçirmeye çalıştık ama geldiğimize pişman olduk. Otopark yok, araba koyulabilecek alan da yok, yakındaki otoparklar 400tl/gün. Odaya girdiğimizde yerler temizlenmemişti, tekrar temizlenmesini istedik fakat 2.-3. Söyleyişimizde temizlendi. 2. gün de oda temizliği yapılmadı çöpler alınmadı. Artık kendi çöpümüzü poşetlerin ağzını bağlayıp oda kapısı önüne koyduk onu bile ertesi sabah aldılar sanırım. Odada resepsiyona ulaşılabilecek bir telefon yok. Kahvaltı otel içerisinde değil anlaşmalı bir cafe-restorantta veriliyor. O restorantta normalde kahvaltı satın aldığınızda kızartma vs çok geniş bir serpme kahvaltı verilirken, otel müşterilerine haşlanmış yumurta, domates, peynir, zeytin, reçelden oluşan, büyük şehirlerdeki simit cafe’lerde “hızlı kahvaltı”, “basit kahvaltı” gibi isimlerle satılan kahvaltılardan geliyor. Rezalet bir durum. Deluxe odaların hemen altında cafe/bar bulunduğu için gün boyu oralarda çalan müzik odanın içinde çalıyor gibi. Gece 12ye kadar odanın içinde uzanmanın dinlenmenin imkanı yok. Wifi bulunmasına ve şifresini vermelerine rağmen biz hiçbir cihazla giriş yapamadık. En son “marinaport ofis” isimli wifi ile giriş yapabildik. Sanırım kendi kullandıkları wifi şifresini biliyor müşteri için olanı bilmiyor ve bize yanlış şifre söylüyorlardı baştan beri.

Denize ve yeme içmeye sıfır mesafesiyle gerçekten kolay tatilin tadını çıkardık diyebilirim. Personeller ilgiliydi, otopark bulunuyor fakat otopark için resepsiyonla iletişime geçmeniz önemli yanlış bi yere parkedip fazla para ödememek için. Oda banyo her yer tertemizdi. Otel herşeye yakın mesafede, ücretsiz plaj olanağı olduğu kadar yürüyüş mesafesi kadar yakın koylarıyla bizi büyüledi.

Otelin konumu, çalışanların güleryüzlü ve iyi niyetli yaklaşımı harikaydı. Konaklamaya dair tek üzücü olan, Akyaka gibi muhteşem bir lokasyonda otelde ettiğimiz kahvaltıydı. Malesef çok vasattı. Beklentilerin çok çok altında kaldı. Geri kalan her şey için tüm ekibe teşekkür ediyorum. Bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldular. Tavsiye ederim.
