You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
Apartment 'Oberhof Apt Ilmenspitz' with Mountain View, Shared Terrace and Wi-Fi
Our vacation house is located above St. Nikolaus on the sunny terrace of the Ulten Valley - very close to the skiing and hiking area Schwemmalm and offers a super panoramic view of the Ulten mountains.
To the vacation house belongs a large garden with resting places, deck chairs and barbecue and a fenced playground with playground equipment.
You can park your car in the covered garage and go on many hikes from the house.
You can reach the ski area after 5 min drive via a draw path. You can store and dry your ski equipment and ski boots in the ski room.
The children enjoy the contact with our animals: Horse Zicki and Ponny Flory love to be petted and brushed, as well as our goats and rabbits. The chickens and cows provide you with fresh eggs and milk.
We are happy to offer a breakfast basket with farm products, on payment.
A shared sauna is also available for your use.
There are four apartments in the cottage. We ask for considerate behavior towards the other guests.
Dogs are not allowed to disturb the other guests; they are not allowed on couches and beds. Utensils and food for the dogs have to be brought by yourself. The owner is responsible for any damage to persons and things. Parents are responsible for the handling of our animals.
