The entire villa is decorated in a mix of modern and rustic style with many amazing details throughout the Villa.
The owners do not live on the property and you have maximum privacy.
There is a big garden surrounding the house with 2 swimming pools, sun loungers and parasols, ruffed terrace with dining table and chairs and barbecue.
The villa has 6 bedrooms with large double or king size beds, 1 single bed, 1 bunk bed and a sofa bed. Ground floor consists of dining room and a living room in one open space, big fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washing machine, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a gym. Upper floor consist of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a little living area with TV. Upper floor also has an access to a big terrace with outdoor furniture for relaxation.
Beautifully designed kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchen island, stove and an oven, microwave, fridge with ice machine, water kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dishwasher and an access to the pool view terrace with dining table and chairs for 12 people. Dining room has a dining table and chairs (sits 12 people) big sofa with relax area and flat screen SAT TV. The entire villa is air conditioned, WiFi is free and available throughout the property. Secure, private parking is free, available in front of the villa.
