Transamerica Resort Comandatuba – All Inclusive

Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Destination fee: BRL60 per person, per stay. This fee does not apply to children under 11 years of age.

We've listed all charges provided to us by the property.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 248 per person (return)
• Airport shuttle fee per child: BRL 124 (return), (from 2 to 11 years old)

• At check-in, parents or a legal guardian travelling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with a photo (for example, a passport). For international travels to Brazil, if only one of the parents is travelling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorising the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorisation, a judicial authorisation is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to travelling for more information.
• Pool access available from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Reservations are needed for massage services and spa treatments. For reservations, contact the property before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 2 children aged 11 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
