Not staying again

There's an old saying, don't judge a book by it's cover. When you arrive at the hotel, it looks great from the outside however on the inside it's outdated dirty and something that you probably would not even trust the drinking water the place smelled like weed and it never got quiet the people were loud there was a used condom under the bed and the plug ins were mostly broken. The window seat was more comfortable then the beds and there were bugs in the room. The only good thing was the guy who checked me in.

I booked a smoking room but when I got to the property to check in staff said there was none available and I had to pay a deposit fee which I wasn’t supposed to seeing that I booked a smoking room but overall it was ok .

Staff was exceptionally great . But the property was dirty I got no sleep due to the people partying all night and slamming doors. It was unsafe i saw several vagrants all over the property and on the street . The hotel doesn’t have breakfast .

I couldn’t/didn’t stay here! I left!! Refund asap please?! The 1st room they gave me was occupied by someone else when I got there and the 2nd room was smelling like mildew and nothing worked! The tv, the phone ect….. ie I returned their keys and asked for a refund and the manager was unavailable. That could’ve been him and his person in the bed in the 1st room they gave! I’m just saying they were very shady…..
