Peace and charm - Stylishly renovated country house with large garden and sauna

The "little house in Utarp" is a place of rest and relaxation - families with (small) children are especially invited! The toddler room with changing table and baby bed, the swing and sandpit and last but not least the large garden offer parents a really relaxing holiday - we know that from our own experience!

In typical East Frisian style, built in 1927, the 'little house' in the six hundred-soul village of Utarp is about 9 km off the North Sea coast. Surrounded by a grown garden with hedges, fruit trees, lilac and roses, the 2300m² plot forms an idyll in the middle of a quiet settlement.

The entire country house was almost completely renovated in 2014 and awarded 4 stars by the German Tourism Association (DTV) in 2015! It has a new bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub with a low entry and underfloor heating in the bathroom, a new toilet on the upper floor, a new fitted kitchen with dishwasher and oven, and wooden floors in all living areas that underline its rural character. A large flat screen with BluRay player awaits you on the upper floor. On request there is a smaller TV for the ground floor - in case part of the family should be sleeping upstairs!

The angular arrangement of the rooms gives the 'house' its special charm. Ideally it is suitable for an occupancy of 2 adults up to 3 adults with 2 (small) children, or for larger families with 4 to 5 children. After a day trip to the North Sea, to Tannenhäuser See (11km) or after an excursion along the Holtriemer hiking trail on foot or by bike, you can end the evening by the fireplace.

On request, we also rent two bicycles, which can then be used for the duration of your stay.

Sehr schönes Haus mit großem Garten - 5 Sterne!

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne und erholsame Wochen. Gerade für Familien mit kleinen Kindern ist das Haus mit dem großen Garten sehr schön. Auch das Meer ist weniger als 10min Autofahrt gut zu erreichen. Im Nachbarort (3min mit dem Auto) befinden sich alle Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs (Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann) und noch mehr. Es uns wieder sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Häuschen in ruhiger Lage mit großem Garten. Perfekt für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern. In der näheren Umgebung kann man viel unternehmen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und können uns vorstellen noch einmal hier Urlaub zu machen.

Erholung pur!!!

Sehr netter und warmer Empfang. Direkt zum wohlfühlen. Das passt alles! Super Lage, vor allem ruhig und nah am Meer. Das Haus ist sehr einladend und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gibt Discountern und anderen diversen Läden in der Nähe. Wer es ruhig und einfach mag ist hier genau richtig. Entspannung pur! Ein Super Plus ist die Sauna......Nach einer Dünen Wanderung oder Inselhooping Ideal ;-).Wir kommen wieder!!!

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus war einfach fantastisch!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal zu Gast in dem schönen Häuschen. Es ist perfekt für uns als Familie – ausreichend Platz, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders unser Kind hat sich über den Garten, die Schaukel und die Spielsachen gefreut, während wir entspannt im Garten saßen oder abends vor dem Kamin kuschelten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Das Häuschen und die Umgebung ist absolut empfehlenswert für Familien.

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Die Unterkunft ist wertig und ansprechend eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Mit Kamin, Fasssauna, dem großen eingefassten Garten und viel Platz auf zwei Etagen gibt es Möglichkeiten für gutes wie schlechtes Wetter. So konnten wir vier schon im und um das Haus herum prima unsere Zeit verbringen. Ansonsten muss man für alle Orte und Sehenswürdigkeiten ca 15-30min Fahrtzeit einrechnen. Aber das weiß man ja, wenn man sich für ein ruhiges Haus mit großem Garten aufm Land entscheidet.

Das Häuschen

Zustand des Hauses, des grossen Grundstücks und des Umfelds sehr schön. Ein kleines ruhiges Dörfchen im Norden. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und die "Betreuung " vor Ort war einfach super.

Erholsame Zeit!

Es war super entspannt und erholsam! Für die Kinder war jede Menge Spielzeug vorhanden, die Sauna war für uns Erwachsene großartig und der riesige Garten lud zum Toben ein. Alles war super sauber!! Das habe ich selten so gesehen. Herzlichen Dank an die Verwalterin vor Ort und den netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Liebe Familie Slawik, Vielen Dank, dass Sie die Türen und Tore für uns geöffnet haben! Wir hatten tolle drei Wochen in Ihrem Häuschen und die Zeit dort sehr genossen. Wunderbar war v.a. der Garten mit den hohen Bäumen und der Sandkasten im Schatten - mega wichtig mit kleinen Kindern. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet für Familien mit Minis. Vom Hochstuhl bis Absperrgitter und Kinderbett war alles da. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen und hoffen, dass es klappt. Liebe Grüße 🙃

Wunderbar

Wir hatten als 5köpfige Familie eine wunderbare Zeit in dem Häuschen. Besonders der Strand Bensersiel und der Nähe gelegene Badesee sind sehr empfehlenswert. Aber auch das Waloseum oder Aurich mit seinem wunderbaren Ritterspielplatz! Es ist ein sehr sauberes Haus und nette Vermieter und Verwalter! Wir können es weiter empfehlen!

Wundervoller Kurztrip in traumhafter Unterkunft

Das Häuschen ist in schöner Lage mit traumhaftem Garten, auch für Kinder. Der Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es ist geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
