When I checked into my room, the sheets smelled as if they were not fresh and clean. The bathtub plugged when I fook a shower, the water pressure was terrible. The bathtub looked disgusting. I had to clean it before I could shower.

The staff was kind, cordial, patient, and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised at everything that was available. The room was very clean and had everything I needed. I did not expect so much at such a reasonable cost. Now that I know that they have a dog room, I’ll bring mine along next time I’m there!

I had recently stayed at this hotel a week prior to this stay. Nothing had changed. From the time of arrival, check-in, and through to check-out the staff at this Quality Inn were as exceptional as my prior visit. The room that I stayed in was very clean, the mattress, pillow, and blankets were all very comfortable, and the HVAC worked perfectly. Overall, very satisfied. I have and will recommend this Quality Inn to others.
