Look like they haven’t deep cleaned anything in a very long time. Beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The noise between the highway and the train made it impossible to sleep. Staff was courteous, helpful and polite.

Great location for a quick layover and n our way to Buffalo. Office staff very nice, several choices for continental breakfast items that were fresh and tables/ area super clean! Overall the property and stay were fine for me. I noticed that the staff, while attentive if you needed them to be, were a bit gossip-y with one another, and one seemed to be working on resolving an issue with a pet adoption during their work hours which I found to be unprofessional and irritating to have to overhear while eating in the dining room. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

My husband stays at the Red Roof Inn when travelling for business. The front desk staff always accommodates his request for a ground floor room. Room amenities are great, never an issue with the bed or heat in room. He even goes to breakfast there rather than a diner so no complaints at all.

I didn't stay. I knew I probably shouldn't have selected a Red Roof. The parking lot wasn't maintained, ice and snow throughout. The room was dated and had a musty type odor.
