There were unexpected charges related to the age of my children. I booked for two adults and two children but had to pay £230 extra for my oldest child upon arrival. Hotel subsequently realised that the charge was not entirely correct but only partially compensated me. The breakfast was excellent and the service at the breakfast was wonderful. However service at the restaurant during the dinners was less good. Hotel prices for the wine are not reasonable. More than £40 for a bottle of local wine (which is the cheapest option) is not market standard. Beach is wonderful and location and distance to the beach is perfect. Swimming pool and garden are outstanding. There were a lot of mosquitoes inside of our room and hotel, much less of them if dining in one of local huts on the beach.

Great resort if you want to enjoy an exclusive time with your friends/ family. Large rooms that can easily accommodate a family of 2 adults, 1 teen and 1 child. Nice large swimming pools separate for adults and kids. Access to clean and beautiful beach to enjoy morning swims and late evening sunsets. Very courteous and helpful staff. We had a great stay at this lovely property. Considering a five star, it’s a decent property with a nice location. I would stay the property itself is great but the rooms are not luxury enough. We were out most of the day enjoying the amenities and the beach so it didn’t hurt us but if I wanted to stay in the room, it’s not five star.

All the staff are brilliant. Friendly and very helpful. Thanks to Hemant for introducing me to Dosa and Sambar. Thankyou to Alija for giving me a lift back to the hotel on her scooter. That was very memorable. All the boys in the lobby and pool bars. Mintu, Suninjat, Goma, Ruella and Bhopal who served me lovely grub twice a day every day. It was brilliant. Pukka pool too.

We booked the property for a family of four adults without any expectations. Our four day trip was memorable. Enjoyed all the facilities provided by the property. I will suggest they should implement a guest login access through web which can provide all the details of your booking plus extra spending done each day at the property. It will give clear financial visibility before checkout. We may need a longer holiday to see GOA.
