All apartments are supplied with autonomous systems and equipped with LCD TV with Italian and satellite channels, washing machine and dishwasher including the necessary detergents, microwave oven, toaster, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, In the garden area there are also 2 barbecues.
The kitchens are complete with dishes, pots and tablecloths.

The final cleaning of the apartments is not included in the price. The amount must be paid directly at the time of check-out. Upon request, an additional paid cleaning is possible as well as a change of linen. Pets are allowed upon request. The nearest supermarket is located about 2 km away in the municipality of Uzzano.
The apartment is located in a central position between Florence, Montecatini Terme, Lucca and Pisa, thus making it an optimal starting point for a trip dedicated to culture and art
