had to wait at reception a few times no one there I was told that I would get a room with queen size bed as i walk in our room there was 2 double beds and specified 2 queen was confirmed by an employee and they told me I would get it done the next morning did not materialize,

Cold room

I was there for one night, my room was cold and the heat system took about an hour to be at a confortable level and also realy noisy. It's not normal after a long drive during a business trip to not find a confortable room when you arrived.
