Terrible room. There is no pride in ownership. Ants in room. Loud air-conditioner. Falling apart. Bed was made with comforter on bottom sheet, not above sheet. Was it even cleaned? Left a pair of runners by accident. Called back, and they were gone. Do not use this hotel!!

Moi ce que je n'ai pas aimé, j'ai essayée à plusieurs reprises de canceller cette chambre mais pas moyen. Il fallait que je passe par ÉXPÉDIA et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Donc je n'utiliserai plus ce moyen de réservation. J'avais un rendez-vous à l'hopital de Val D'OR qui a été cancellé. J'ai essayé de cancellé à partir de 10h am par EXPEDIA on me dit que ca prend quelque minutes pour me répondre en plus c'est un agent virtuel et je vous le dis j,ai attendu 3 fois une heure et plus et je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Donc pour moi c'est fini, et je ne ferai pas de bonne recommandation pour ce moyen et ce motel.

Don't go there!

Nobody at the reception desk. They didn't send me the right access code for the front door. TV wasn't working. Lots of noise (screams from other room).
