Ideally located, close to Rodez (Soulages Museum), Conques, Salles-la-Source, discover this nice place where you will be spoilt for choice between cultural, gastronomic, leisure or sports activities (hikes starting from the cottage).
The accommodation consists of a chic country-style living room-kitchen on the ground floor with separate toilet and a sofa (not convertible into a bed), a large floral bedroom with its King Size bed and shower room area on the 1st floor, equipped with reversible air conditioning to soften the sometimes hot nights of summer.
You will benefit from a double orientation with a breathtaking view of the vineyards of Marcillac.
A private terrace to enjoy the outdoors with the 2 deckchairs. In the summer, an electric plancha will be at your disposal.
Access to the cottage is independent.
There is a free car park 150m away.
The gîte must be left clean. A deposit of 350€ will be requested at your arrival and returned at the end of your stay.
