The "Panorama d'Azur" villa is ideally located in the heart of the French Riviera.
Built on the heights of an estate of 32 independent villas, each surrounded by grounds of approximately 2,000 m², it enjoys an exceptional location with breathtaking views of the sea, forest, and mountains.
This privileged estate, in absolute tranquility, is very secure.
It is located in the hills bordering the Brague Regional Park, allowing for superb walks and hikes starting on foot from the house.
The villa has recently been completely renovated.
The objective of this renovation was to make this villa a joyful, comfortable, modern, and lively place, showcasing the French Riviera.
This villa is designed to accommodate a large group while still providing intimate living spaces.
Here is a detailed description:
Main entrance level:
This first level, with a surface area of approximately 110 m², comprises:
- Entrance hall.
- New kitchen equipped with every comfort: large stone countertop, American-style refrigerator, conventional oven, microwave, induction cooktop, numerous appliances, etc.
- Dining area with a very large table that can seat 10 guests.
- Living room with an ethanol fireplace protected by an integrated fire screen.
- Piano bar area featuring an upright piano and a large high table for sharing convivial moments.
- Separate toilet with sink.
- A bedroom and its adjoining bathroom with a high-quality queen-size bed; this bedroom benefits from a covered terrace converted into a fitness area.
