Excellent Service

The hotel is older and the beds aren't very comfortable, the water pressure was assaulting, and the shower head was hard to move to get away from the pressure. But the customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly! They let us check in early, which was very appreciated after we had spent the previous night in a dry cabin, and it was a decent place to stay for the price. If you're used to luxury, this is not the hotel for you. But if your looking for something more accommodating than a dry cabin, this is just fine. I would stay here again.

We’ve booked because the site said, it had a good breakfast! Hard to find in Valdez. Eggs, home potatoes, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, made to order a waffles, juices, cereals, bagels, etc. Totally legit

Very basic and dated hotel. Sufficient for sleeping before fishing or cruise activities. 2 doors down from good restaurant. No USB outlets in room…would be a great idea to switch out lamps with ones that have USB ports.

This is an older hotel that has been rennovated and is in very good shape. I would definitely stay here again as it is more reasonably priced than most other options. A free hot breakfast is a plus and staff very helpful. Nothing stands out as to anything we didnt like but I would have liked to turn down the temperature at night. We were able to open windows to let cool air in before bedtime and that helped.
