In riva al mare

Una casa semplice ma immersa nella natura, circondata dal verde e dall'azzurro del mare che è proprio di fronte. Non manca nulla se non si hanno troppe esigenze, il bagno è spazioso, soltanto la doccia un po' sacrificata. Dalla terrazza tramonti mozzafiato. Unica pecca, assenza di WIFI.

Die Wohnung entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Lediglich die Lattenroste im Doppelbett sollten überholt werden. Der Service / Austausch des defekten Boiler war hervorragend.

Positiv: Lage und Aussicht war schön, schöner Garten mit Rosmarin und Kakteen. Grosser gedeckter Balkon gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in weniger als 10 Autominuten erreichbar Strand war tatsächlich sehr nah Negativ: Zufahrt zum Haus war mit etwas sportlicherem Wagen nicht möglich Die Waschmaschine war defekt Abfallentsorgung schlecht bis gar nicht gelöst da die Vormieter alle Container gefüllt (und dann noch falsch und nicht getrennt) und an den jeweiligen Tagen nicht an die Strasse gestellt haben. Durch dieses Fehlverhalten hat es 1. gestunken und sah auch nicht gerade schön aus. In der Dusche lief das Wasser ganz schlecht ab und der Duschvorhang war unhygienisch (Schimmel). Die Badezimmertüre musst von uns ausgehängt und geschmiert werden da sie sehr laut quischte und jeweils das ganze Haus wach wurde wenn jemand nachts zur Toilette musste. Für 4 Personen ist der Küchentisch extrem klein, Brot und Getränke mussten auf Stühlen deponiert werden. Es waren leider nur 2 Gartenstühle verfügbar auf dem Balkon. Der Gartengrill wurde von uns nicht verwendet, die Verschmutzung war unzumutbar.
