House keeping every 3 days unkess you asked for early. We booked for the family of 4, towels, coffee, toilet papers are not sufficient. Only a half roll of TP. Breakfast was good.

Cbrck in excellent, parking very good, staff excellent, hotel condition average, room needs improvement- bad urine smell in the room particularly in the bathroom, air conditioner very noisy, Need better vacuuming since I felt sharp particles on my bare feet. I have stayed at this hotel previously with good experience so this could hopefully be a one of.

I got what I paid for, but that still sucks. I needed a room for 1 night and they offered a shuttle to the airport which was wonderful, but the property was run downed and very dirty. Visible dirt and dust all over the property. The only thing I was thankful for was the sheets did look clean. But the room smelled. Also it looked like someone attacked our door from the inside because there were scratches and wood pieces missing from the door. The handle form the bathroom door was coming apart as well.

Disappointed with the shuttle service from the Vancouver airport to the hotel. Had to wait almost an hour for a pickup. This is at 10:30 at night. Luckily weather was dry and mild. A family of 5 was left behind because the shuttle was full for the second time. Man on the desk wasn’t very sympathetic to their plight and claimed they were not responsible for the shuttle service. Driver was upset about the situation. Hotel decor dated.

This hotel was a great place to stay. Friendly stay, good complementary breakfast. Ideal location for my needs. The only reason for a less than excellent review. The tub could have been cleaner. Woth that said, I would stay here again and probably will.

Abercorn

Hotel was run down, pretty dirty and worn out. Breakfast was not good, didn’t offer any protein, not even hard boiled eggs. The WiFi only worked about half the time and was extremely slow. Desk staff was nice and helped, but this hotel was dirty, ed sheets were very worn out. The HVAC was so loud the whole AC rattled and made so much noise you could not sleep with it running. The carpets throughout the property and in the rooms were very dirty, and the bathroom s were dirty with brown stains all over the grout. Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a clean place.
