the property feels a bit tired. We didn't have wifi one night and were able to change rooms but that shouldn't happen in a large hotel. I did two business calls (from the new room) and the wifi was terrible - very spotty and glitchy. The shower was hit and miss with getting hot and the bathtub tap always leaked and the shower curtain needed to be carefully placed to stop water from going ont the floor. The sink drain was a bit clogged as it always took awhile to drain. Loved the location and the view but perhaps you can spend some money on upgrading the place to the 2000's. At this point, I wouldn't recommend it to others - would love to stay there again if you can fix the place up a bit!

Spent the week in Vancouver with my family and had a lovely stay at the Century Plaza. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the breakfast each morning. Next level. Great coffee shop in the hotel to grab a nibble and a coffee to go. The hotel is well situated for everything in the downtown core and Stanley Park. It is next to a hospital so there is some noise but that is true anywhere in the core. Thanks for a pleasant week.

We stayed at the 1 bedroom suite and it lacked a fan in the bathroom, it was still hot in the entire room with only 1 air conditioner vent. The room was warm and bathroom had no air circulating, thus on a hot day, you automatically sweat when out of the shower. The tv connection was poor/ static/ unable to see solid show. Overall, for the price we paid, it needed to be higher caliber. The location was convenient, central to the attractions. The staff was excellent and very friendly.

The nearby hospital both good in case of emergency but Im getting the anxiety of hearing siren each time which all the time.I got also confused of the treatment when I checked in and because I showed a different credit card than to what I originally used when booking I recieved a higher payment than to what is set.I cut off my credit due to funny credits I never purchased.In addition I booked for 4 people yet what was set is only good for two,the bed I find probably twin instead of Queen mattress.I like the location and the city night view

The only thing I liked was its central downtown location. Other than that, everything felt outdated — the halls had a strong odor, and the carpets were so worn they were nearly gone.
