The room was clean. The staff was courteous. My complain is more about the overall establishment. All vending machines are broken. The staff did their best to accommodate but it feels like it is run by a bunch of newbies. No experience in running a hotel. If you are looking for a snack, good luck. The breakfast was a real joke. It feels like it is in a storeroom. You have to go into a door behind the counter and climb a narrow stairs. If you plan to have breakfast at 8am, good luck. It is probably all gone already. The coffee come from a vending machine and it taste like crap. At this point I'm starting to worry about freshness of the bagels. Anyway, will I return to that hotel...hell no!.

The one positive thing I’d like to share is that the staff were pleasant and helpful when called upon. We entered a cold room with a very cold floor. They hadn’t bothered to turn the heat on. My wife was disappointed there were no drawers for clothing. We were staying a few days and had to live out of the suitcase. There were no reading lights on the bedside table, just mood lights wrapped around the headboards which are not adequate. The sink and tub stoppers are either nonexistent or inoperable….. There’s more, but I’ll stop there. I’ve heard it said you get what you pay for. That is clearly not the case here, we paid far too much!

The room was great, unfortunately it is right across from the sky train and it would have been nice to be on the back side of the hotel to block that noise.

The staff were very nice, beds and pillows were comfy and the room appeared to be clean but before we left my daughter saw a condom wrapper under the bed. The bathroom light needed to be replaced and we notified staff of both issues at checkout.
