No cooking utensils. Not clean space, dirty stove. We had to buy our own cooking utensils. No dinning table, no chairs and no tv. But the owner communicated promptly.

AVOID THIS HOST DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!! Do not trust anything this host tells you about a property before you arrive.We booked a specific listed property for a group of 6, chosen for its walking location near an event in Surrey we were attending. Four hours before check-in, the host texted us a completely different address nearly two hours walking from what we booked — and admitted it was “another one of my places.” They described it as “a much luxurious n large property with living rooms n 2 large washrooms,” calling it an upgrade.When we arrived, it was the opposite: two disconnected basement units, not one connected suite. One unit already had other people inside cooking and using the space — never disclosed to us beforehand. The property was not clean. The host never showed up in person as promised, and a second contact he gave us to hand over keys never answered our calls either. We had no choice but to book a hotel.Afterward, the host repeatedly lied to Vrbo customer support, claiming we stayed there for 34 hours (we never stayed there at all) and that he’d offered two separate properties (only one address was ever sent — confirmed in his own texts). We have the full message thread proving all of this.This was not a minor inconvenience, it was a bait-and-switch, followed by the host lying to cover it up. Do not trust anything this host tells you about a property before you arrive.
