This is a reallybgreat place to stay in Richmond. Close to transit and the airport, great value and thebroom was an amazing suite with a full kitchen, bedroom and living room. Very nice!

Right after we checked in, the bath tub faucet had a connection issue and water was spraying all over the bathroom. Luckily it was in the afternoon and there was a maintenance guy on site who came in to fix the problem after the entire bathroom and personal belongings got wet. Into the night, we found out the air conditioner was not working. The room was so hot we started sweating. We called the front desk to check if there was another room for us. They said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do except putting a note down for the issue reported. We tried to open up the patio window but bugs kept flying in so we had to close it again. It was SO HOT!!! Our family could not sleep for the entire night because of that. When we checked out the next morning, told the front desk of what had happened. The receptionist said the manager would not be back until later of the day and she took my phone number and would have the manager call me. Nothing has happened. Very bad experience. Will not come back and do not recommend this hotel. By the way, we stayed at room 219!
