We paid $800 plus tax for one night. We were attending a wedding. All the hotels upped their rates to take advantage of an AA conference in downtown Vancouver (50,000) in attendance. All the hotels were full. So maybe if we paid the regular nightly rate I’d feel better about the place. They did not provide robes. No luxury. Room was larger and bed was a king.

Location was convenient for the airport however property itself was not great and I didn’t feel comfortable or safe throughout my stay. Room very tired/dated. Fire alarm went off at 1am and there was no contact at all from any employees even while we were all standing in the street. Nobody checked if everyone was present. Nobody confirmed if/when it was safe to return to the building. Completely disorganised and unsafe.

Excellent property to stay at. Was pretty expensive for my family, but worth it in the long run. The suite was so nice and comfy. Had everything you need to have a great weekend. The only drawback was the pool is under renovations, but I knew this when I booked it. I’d stay here again. Very very clean. Cold beer and wine and a pub/restaurant in the building as well.

Excellent Hotel. Our go-to for flights from YVR

This was a fabulous hotel. The room was very spacious, had a deck and very comfortable bed. Even the pull-out sofa bed was comfortable, which is very rate.

Post cruise overnight

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. One of our rooms were ready and they allowed us to bring all our luggage up while waiting for second room. Overall appearance of lobby on entering was very nice. Rooms however another matter. Need painting and better attention to cleanliness. We were in an executive suite with kitchen and cabinets had greasy fingerprints, woodwork needed cleaning and updated painting throughout. That said the bed was very comfortable with bright white fresh smelling linens. Basic amenities were provided which are appreciated.
