Service was great, staff were friendly. Located in a walkable area which was nice. Lots of food options in and around the hotel. The only complaint I would have is that room service trays were left in empty in hallways for a few hours posing a tripping hazard. The elevators can also become quite busy considering there are thirty two floors and only two elevators.

Great location. Great check in experience. Clean room- some crumbs in fold our couch but very nice otherwise. Only real complaint is the room was incredibly hot for February..the 28th but still February. The room was over 27 degrees when we came in. Maybe it was because we checked jn early? Beautiful view but the open curtains mafe it very hot! Took a while to get it to a good temperature Will be back.

The blonde lady at the reception desk was lovely. We also saw an employee keeping an eye on the cars in the parking garage which was a plus and he helped us to the elevator.

We stay often at the Hilton on Robson street. We always book the suite with a pull out sofa in the next room so that my son can have his space and me have mine. The pull out sofa is ridiculously uncomfortable! Thin with springs that dig in. It’s time to update your pull out bed accommodations. We will continue to stay a few times a year if this issue is resolved.

Everything was great. Only thing i didn't like was how cheap it was to be offered just one side of the breakfasts buffet as a gold member. Seriously Hilton, i am quite embarrassed for you as am organization when i heard that i can only have continental 'cold' braakfast which is on the right side of the room or pay $14... i can't even eat anything close to that given i only eat halal, but regardless, i was like, is this for real?
