Great location with easy parking under Lonsdale Quay. Easy access the The Shipyards and Seabus to Vancouver. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was ok, not modern or swish but clean and functional.

Booked for precruise stay. Quiet alternative to hotels closer to Canada Place but easy to cross on the 12 minute sea bus. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I’d give 5 stars for Harry, Shawn and the view. They are all fabulous! Kids screaming next door at 5:30am was obnoxious, but Shawn handled that quickly, and the parking is way too expensive for hotel guests and you WILL get a ticket inside minutes. My room was a regular room (aside from the View!) but the bed was cozy and the water pressure was fine. Much to do, buy and eat all in walking distance and if the traffic is bad (ALWAYS!) jump on the SeaBus to get to the city or airport!
