Thoroughly enjoyed this apartment for an extended stay! Very clean and bright and had everything I needed! Great restaurants and amenities within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it! The instructions for moving in and moving out were very clear and easy!
Communication with Host was great right from the get go. We had no problems checking in with such clear instructions. Place was very clean and comfortable. Step out the door to a healthy community. A few steps from the ocean and a great walk to down town. Everything we wanted.
The apartment was so comfortable and well appointed. Location was amazing!! The neighbourhood was very quiet with all amenities within walking distance. There is a great market, pharmacy, coffee shops and restaurants all within a block. The host Danielle was amazing, great correspondence and very prompt with all questions. Check in was flawless!!Thanks for making our stay beautiful!!
This was the perfect place to stay, right in the middle of lots of restaurants and stores. Easy access to the sea wall walk and the water taxi to Granville Island. Danielle was an incredibly responsive host. We would definitely stay here again!
Very clean apartment in super location, walking distance to many restaurants, and just seconds from the water taxi. Not a huge space, but very comfortable and homey in a secure building.Danielle was a super host and each time I had a question, she answered a text within minutes. She was also available to call.Very much enjoyed our stay!
As described, and great apartment for what we needed. Close to the main streets of Yaletown, supermarket close by and easy access to the seaside path and ferries. East process and good communication. Thank you!
The condo is super cute and very cozy. Checking into the condo was totally seamless and easy. It was very clean and comfortable, and had all the basic necessities, from pots and pans to towels etc. Wifi was fast and reliable. Outside noise is moderate, maybe a little noisier during rush hour. There was very little noise from the neighbors.The unit does not have central air conditioning, but there was a portable air conditioner strong enough to cool the whole apartment. Vancouver summers are usually mild so youâll probably never need it. The supermarket, drug store and Starbucks are less than two short blocks away. Thereâs a small convenience store across the street for snacks and such. Thereâs also a small cafe nearby. The ferry to the public market on Granville Isle is steps away. The ferry ride across the bay takes less than five minutes.The bike path to the Stanley Park Sea Wall runs directly in front of the condo, and the pedestrian walkway to the beach is nearby as well.This isnât a ding against the condo at all, but itâs worth noting that the building sits at the bottom of a very steep hill for about three blocks north to south. If you have health or mobility issues you may want to take that into consideration before booking. Obviously if youâre renting a car then it really doesnât matter.Luckily there are public e-bikes and scooters literally in front of the building.I had a great time here. Many thanks to the owners.
Excellent location, very clean, well appointed. Description of how to access entry could be more specific: âdisplay QR Code in front of small circular camera on bottom right of postâ wouldâve saved us frustration in beginning. Otherwise, it was all great.
This place is perfect for exploring the city on foot and walkable to the beach as well. Kitchen was great for prepping and cooking meals but so many dining out options as well. It was surprisingly quiet for being in the city. Would definitely stay here again. Having parking available was a bonus for sure.
Location (Yale Town) and furnishing were top notch! Check in was easy (due to Rich - manager) who met us at the entry. Love the modern furniture and clean apartment & lovely neighborhood! The apartment is tasteful, stylish and very comfortable; location is great. We had a fabulous stay. The city centre is easy walking distance the ferry boat is just outside if you want to visit Granville Island (a two min ride!). We highly recommend the apartment!
We (four adults) stayed three nights here. It was a nice and cozy condo across from the Granville market which was convenient if youâre planning to go there. You can easily walk from the condo to the dock and take the aqua bus which brings you to the market. Itâs not walking distance to downtown so youâll need transportation. There is visitor parking but it was C20 per day- it would have been nice if this was disclosed in the listing. The check-in was easy. I had trouble unlocking the door with the August app but I called the property manager (Rich) and he unlocked the door for me. The property manager was responsive and provided me with everything I needed to check in and out.One thing to note which I found odd was the housekeeping. Upon checking out, we had to put all uses items in the dish washer and run it, we also had to empty all the trash from the bathrooms and kitchen in the trash room, and strip down used sheets and pillow cases and run that in the washing machine before we checked out. Personally, I think itâs fine to run the dishwasher and take out the garbage from the kitchen but requiring guests to strip used beddings and start the laundry is a bit of a stretch. Overall, everyone had a good three night stay.
The location is excellent and the management staff are very responsive. My biggest issue is that it is very small--deceptively small compared to the photos. The photos make it look much bigger than it actually is. The en suite bathroom in the primary bedroom is so small, with no counter space. The shower is super narrow. The second bedroom is also narrow and barely any room between the sides of the bed and the walls and the closet is maybe a foot wide, so not useful at all. This place is just too claustrophobic for me.
The condo was is a great location - walk along the sea wall, grab a water taxi to Granville Island and other points, and grab breakfast, lunch or dinner at nearby establishments.
A great experience overall.

Great location within walking distance of everything downtown Vancouver. Secure parking. Setup for cooking meals was perfect.

Pleasantly delighted with every aspect of this VRBO experience, from communications with Danielle and Rich on the property team, the personal arrival and check-in, and providing of restaurant recs. Totally clean, cozy, excellent working kitchen. Good water pressure and heat in all showers. Both beds comfortable. The little patio is cozy and very green, tucked away overlooking a small park and green area, very quiet. Will definitely look to stay here in future stays and recommend this host and property without any hesitation!
