This cozy, bright and private LANEWAY HOUSE is conveniently located only 4.2 km away from downtown (BC Place), 5 minutes from popular restaurants of Main St and Fraser St, 5 minutes from Queen Elizabeth Park and a short 5 minute WALK to grocery, drugstore, coffee shops and transit.

This 700sq ft laneway house is on 2 levels with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Can accommodate 6 people max, but it will comfortably fit 4 or 5 people.

MAIN FLOOR - 1 bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with a shower, kitchen, dining, livingroom with a sofa bed and TV **In the summer months there is a portable air conditioner in the livingroom

UPSTAIRS - 1 bedroom with a queen bed and balcony, bathroom with a bathtub and shower, washer and dryer

Parking - FREE designated parking in the back and parking in the front.

This was an extremely small rental with no storage or room to set out items. The bathroom towels and wash cloths were stained and very limited. There were no lights from the street to the rental and one person in our party fell on the stairs. We did not have a vehicle and it was over a mile to walk to stores and restaurants.

The rental was perfect for our needs. It was close to several dining areas, a grocery and drugstore two blocks away. Host was friendly and responsive. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would highly recommend.
