Front reception staff was hit and miss. Spoke with 2 who were unhelpful, unsmiling and incorrect information given. Spoke with 2 other who were fantastic and a credit to Radisson Blu’s good image. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and tv was huge and so crisp and clear probably 8K. Towels were plentiful and fluffy. Nice little station for coffee, fridge and microwave. Decor a bit dated but nevertheless a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

It’s a small walk Capstan skytrain station but they do have shuttles to and from the airport. The one snag is that the walls are very thin. I was woken up at 6am to the sound of a toddler singing loudly for like an hour. By the time they went to the breakfast buffet I couldn’t fall back asleep.
