Don't be lured to the fast food court. It is terrible plus it has the noise of the casino. DO take in what is now Chairman's Lounge which is misnamed since it is a full service restaurant on the 3d Floor with delicious meals and very friendly and efficient staff.

So accessible to skytrain, Canada Line stations to get you in Vancouver city center, Richmond, anywhere and everywhere pretty much! :) The River Rock Casino resort hotel has restaurants that are pretty affordable and therefore very convenient. I used 2 of it for dinner without having to go out. I only stayed 2 nights I was not able to try its spa services and other amenities. I would go back to this hotel whenever my travel brings me to Vancouver/Richmond BC :)

Great place to stay

We love staying at this hotel when visiting family in Richmond. There's plenty of free parking, rooms are nice and the Starbucks opens at 6:00 am which is great for earlybirds. Also it's right on the Skytrain line, so very handy going to downtown Vancouver and beyond.

Always a nice stay with the sky train right there. We will always stay here when we visit Vancouver. Absolutely love it. The staff is incredible, amenities are at your fingertips. It’s absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! And great for families with children, couples, or solo. Something for everyone.

The hotel is in a fantastic location if you want to be close to the airport or downtown, as it’s right by the train station, making transportation very easy. The pool was a definite highlights, especially for families—kids will love the pool. That said, the hotel feels a bit dated and could use some updates. It was quite noisy inside the building at times, and the cleanliness wasn’t as great as expected. If location and family-friendly pool are your priorities, it’s a decent choice, but don’t go in expecting luxury.

The property is getting dated. Only one elevator was working, which is very inconvenient when traveling with someone with mobility difficulties. The hideabed had sharp edges and cut my elderly Father. Also a late night dinner proved interesting when we saw a mouse running around the 3 rd floor restaurant. The staff at the hotel/casino were all excellent. Rooms and common areas were clean.
