We stayed on Oct 4-5. I brought my 12 year old daughter and her friend to their first concert. I’ll begin by saying yes I understand that nights with big events are busy. We got to the hotel at 5pm. Check in is 4pm. Our room was not ready till 645pm. My daughter and her friend had to get dressed in the shark club bathroom and in the lobby as we needed to get ready to go to concert. I asked if we were gonna get a discount and the lady said they would give me free parking but we didn’t drive there. I get that they are busy but on busy weekends they should have more staff. Very disappointed and will not be returning as for a $500 room for 7pm late check in and 11am check out is not ok.

Great hotel but our room smelled gross. Near the bathroom sink it smelled very badly of cat pee so every time we entered the room that’s what we smelled. Other than that it was good. We booked it because of how close it is to Roger’s Arena.

The only hang up for us was the construction on the road(s) to get to the Parkade. The staff member at the front desk didn't realize that there were two roads closed for construction. So the directions he gave me weren't accurate... but we eventually figured it out
