Bathroom was very small, not a lot of counter space. Had to get shot with cold water to turn the shower on, Not a lot of places to hang towels and housekeeping didn't come once during our stay. That being said, the room itself was very nice, the staff super friendly, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel in Downtown Vancouver. We were too tired to venture out much after two days of planes and trains, so we opted to have a few drinks and a snack in the bar. Excellent food and service. For dinner, we decided to eat in the Cafe. Again excellent service and the food was delicious! Our room was everything we expected and more! Clean, comfortable, and the views were amazing! The staff was pleasant, accommodating, and very professional. We will definitely be back!

My room was directly across from a hospital ambulance bay, so sleep was not easy. When asked about my stay, I said “not great” and was given the response “how would you like your bill” so clearly not listening. When I asked if I could check my bag I was instructed to go back outside to get attention of bell staff. Tired, I gave up.
