Downtown location.
Very convenient location for coffee and food and cocktail choices fairly close to the water and attractions. Apartment makes very good use of the available space.

Conveniently located cosy apartment
We had a great stay at this apartment, it was very clean and well appointed inside. The layout is good for a couple. Convenient location right in Yaletown. Only downside is the street outside is very busy with public transportation and emergency vehicles. We got accustomed to it though, and used esr plugs / white noise at night.

Nice downtown unit
Unit was very clean and exactly what we wanted during our stay in Vancouver. There are so many restaurants and bars nearby that made it easy to walk around and save on ubers. The police station is right next door so it does get a little noisy at night, but nowhere near unbearable. Overall we had a great stay!

Vancouver-Granville Street
The location is excellent, but Granville Street at that location for a few blocks is a little sketchy. We stayed 7 days/8 nights and averaged walking 9 miles a day. It was very easy to walk(and boat) to Granville Island, the fireworks on Saturday and Wednesday and Bard on the Beach. The walk to Theater under the Stars in Stanley Park was about 45 minutes. The apartment and building were clean and modern. On the 2 days when the temperature got up in the 80's, the air was not adequate. Suggest you get instructions on operation of the space air unit and that should help.

What an adorable apartment!
The location was perfect! We were within walking distance to Granville Island and near a bus stop to get to other parts of the city. The unit was well appointed with everything we could have needed. We enjoyed relaxing on the sofa after a long day of sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable! If we are ever lucky enough to find ourselves in Vancouver again, we will definitely book this place again!
The apartment was really lovely and had everything we needed. Mark was helpful and helped us to check in early as the apartment was ready and it was all smooth. The apartment is well located within walking distance of most everything. Not having parking is a little bit of an issue but we found secure paid 24 hour parking a few blocks away which considering the reasonable price of the unit factored in. Downtown Vancouver is having a real crisis issue with drug addicts and homeless people so one has to expect that , but this is all over unfortunately and comes with the territory . We will be definitely staying there again if Mark will have us!

L'appartement est très propre, tout est fonctionel, les ustensils casseroles tout y est. Le propriétaire est très courtoit.
Le problème est le quartier qui est défavorisé, il y a beaucoup de toxicomanie dehors, les gens hurles pendant la nuit. Nous avons dormie une nuit sur 4!

Great Experience
The place was great and in a fantastic location. Very clean. Had a bit of an issue getting in the first time. Once we were finally in, it was a breeze. Loved being so close to tons of restaurants, Whole Foods and Granville Island. All within walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Safe haven in the city
Perfect for our last two nights before heading back to the UK. Quite a few rough sleepers in the streets nearby, but good access to shops, restaurants etc and transit system. Kept the blind down during the day to avoid the summer heat as the AC was working very hard. Good facilities and comfortable beds.

Clean, great neighborhood, a few minor tweak needed
Slight hiccough with check in when we couldn’t get access to the unit right away but upon entering the apartment was clean and in great condition. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and we appreciated the provided fans during this heatwave. A couple of small changes we would recommend: more towels as there was only 1 put out and 1 found clean in the drier and add handles to the sliding doors to make it easier to open and close (especially were there to be a fire). FYI for future guests, suggested parking at hotel next door is not an option.

Very nice place to stay in Vancouver
We stayed here for about a week. The apartment was well kept, very clean and had all the necessary amenities.
The location is excellent, a lot of things within walking distance -- it helps that Vancouver is very walkable as well.

Great stay & convenient location
Comfortable and cozy stay in the perfect location for a walkable city, 10 minutes from Sky Train, 15 minutes to City Center, 30 minutes to Waterfront and bus stop a few steps away to take you further afield. Grocery stores and plenty of food options nearby. Check-in was easy and the host was pleasant and communicative.

Although there is not air conditioning in the unit the window shades and fans made the unit very comfortable.

Thsi building is not airconditioned and the large living room window which had no covering allowed the sun to beat in all day which made it unbearably to sit in during the day or to sleep at night. the second bedroom is a joke. It has no window and is the size of a walk in closet which my 42 yr old son had to sleep in.
