Noel and Amie in the bar and restraunt were fabulous. They always remember us and stop and say hello. They are the best. The hotel is easy to walk to Robson street for shopping or to the convention center for shows. Quick check in too.

The pool area and sauna/steam rooms were filthy!! There was toilet paper by the shower area. There was mold above the spa area. Absolutely disgusting place. Will never stay again. The only great things were the convenience to Canada place and the food.

We loved out stay at the Marriott. It was the perfect distance to walk to gastown, see the sea planes, walk to get e-bikes to ride around Stanley Park as well as get to Nemesis Coffee for the famous breakfast sandwich. We felt safe everywhere we walked and always were walking distance to a free shuttle that took us to the Suspension bridge. The concierge and front desk staff were incredibly friendly, upbeat and positive. We will be back!

My wife and I visited Vancouver primarily for a concert at Rogers Arena and chose Marriott Pinnacle for its downtown convenience to the arena and the coal harbour dining amenities. Hotel staff were always polite and helpful. Our king room was clean and well appointed. The area is extremely walkable but we also had a rental car and took advantage of the valet service. Our trip and stay were memorable. I was very close to the nearby vancouver downtown ferry / seaplane station for a business trip to Nanaimo subsequently. It all worked our beautifully!
