Rustically modern architecture, glass fronts protruding from the house and a balcony on the second floor of the villa create an extraordinary width with a beautiful view of nature and the view extends all the way to hill Ivanšćica and Kalnik.
The villa has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and one separate toilet. With its spacious terrace, living room and dining room, the mansion can accommodate up to eight people.
Villa Ivka is a magnificent environment for fun, peace and relaxation at the highest level.
As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The villa has two kitchens full equipped with all necessary devices like a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer, icemachine, coffe machine, toaster,mixer and a microwave.
The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
Comfort terrace lounge is located next to the house by the pool and Jacuzzi, covered with a pergola under which is a spacious comfortable set for constant enjoyment and relaxation.
Infinity swimming pool 10x5m with a beautiful waterfall provides unforgettable refreshment with a beautiful view of nature and the position of the pool seems to merge nature with water.
The living room has two built-in panoramic window blocks where you can enjoy and relax with your favorite book.
Also, the living room is equipped with Smart TV, soundbar and sofa bed for two extra people.
Villa Ivka offers its guests to taste indigenous dishes such as peka, bread under peka and many other delicacies.
