Il mio soggiorno di una notte in questo Hotel è stato davvero confortevole. La camera non era con vista mare ma in ogni caso era pulita e confortevole. Ho cenato presso l'hotel e tutto era buono. Il personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Questo hotel è ideale anche per le famiglie.

Nice, well equiped, kind staff, excelent brakfast,clean, fantastic viev.Bathroom had a lot od places where you couf put, hang your things, and towels were so soft...but shower was very small. I should say.. if a guy iz XXL he would have some problems to close the doors, otherwise it was overall a nice place.

Piacevole Weekend Ligure!!! La struttura è un po' datata ma confortevole. Ciò che ho apprezzato di più è l’accoglienza e disponibilità della ragazza alle colazioni e ciò che secondo me andrebbe migliorato e’ la capacità di raccontare meglio la struttura. ( c’è una S.p.A. , si può pranzare e cenare ma non ho avuto informazioni in merito)

Étape reposante et bien agréable.

Séjour très court mais très agréable. Chambre confortable et très propre. Petit déjeuner parfait, copieux et pour tous les goûts. Personnel sympathique et compétant (plutôt rare). Ce qui est certain, c'est que nous ferons à nouveau étape dans cet établissement en rentrant de Sicile.

Struttura datata, bagno piccolo con rubinetteria caldo/fredda separata (assenza di miscelatore) colazione scarsa e non ricostituita dopo il primo turno come come nemmeno non sono stati ripuliti i tavoli per il secondo turno. Bicchieri in plastica!!. Anche se il Personale si è mostrato disponibile, trovo poco giustificabile addebitare il posteggio per una moto alla stessa tariffa dell’auto e oltretutto nel piazzale all’aperto dell’hotel, peraltro con cancello aperto anche di notte

Camera e bagno molto piccoli per tre persone (due adulti+1adolescente) ma abbastanza puliti. Il parcheggio gratuito, viene garantito a chi soggiorna piu' di due notti, noi abbiamo dovuto fare Kilometri per trovarlo. Posizione Hotel comoda. Colazione sufficiente, poca scelta, non c'è la possibilità di avere un cappuccino dal bar, solo dalle macchinette .

Abbiamo trascorso una notte, il parcheggio non è presente (ci saranno 8 posti) il personale e soprattutto la proprietaria è scortese e maleducata, la camera pulita ma la doccia è minuscola e scomoda, la colazione male male!! Non ci tornerò mai più!

Gute Lage, schlechter Service, leere Versprechunge

Die Lage des Hotels ist schön und gut, etwas erhöht mit schönem Blick auf das Meer. Der Service war leider sehr enttäuschend, das Personal schlecht gelaunt (inkl. Fluchwörter wegen unserer Beschwerde als wir ein Raucherzimmer erhielten, trotz expliziter Buchung von Nichtraucherzimmer) und von den kostenlosen Parkplätze sind auch viel zu wenige vorhanden. Ebenfalls war keine Hilfe zu erwarten um einen geeigneten Parkplatz zu finden und so mussten wir unten im Städtchen auf einem teuren Parkplatz parkieren und hatten einen steilen Fussmarsch bis zurück zum Hotel. Das Zimmer war leider auch nicht sehr sauber. Leider gab es im Zimmer auch keine Minibar, was bei diesem heissen Wetter schade ist.

Garden Palace: dependance in via di restauro

Ho avuto modo di vedere solo la sala da pranzo del Palace, in quanto ci hanno assegnato una camera al Garden Palace, una sorta di dependance. È una struttura in via di restauro, esternamente molto bella, internamente si vede che ha bisogno di essere rimodernata. Tutto sommato ordinato e discreto, ritengo però che l'alloggio al Garden dovrebbe usufruire di una tariffa più bassa mancando alcuni servizi (es: aria condizionata ) e poiché alcune cose sono un po'datate... Bellissimo il giardino su cui si affaccia, un'oasi di ombra e tranquillità.

Hôtel bien situé en hauteur face à la mer. Voici le point fort. Sinon la chambre est d'une qualité moyenne: pas de frigo, clim bruyante et électricité hasardeuse surtout dans la salle de bain. le petit déjeuner est médiocre. Peu de choix et produits de basse qualité. Nous qui aimons déjeuner à l’hôtel, nous avons été très déçu sur ce point. Si cette hôtel était un quatre étoiles, c'est normal qu'il n'en ai plus que trois, à ce rythme là, ce sera bientôt deux !

Good location, no palace!

Hotel is fine if you're on a budget, but don't let the name fool you! The room and bathroom are small, but that's to be expected. Dust fell from the ceiling of the lift as it rattled between floors making you glad it was only 3 stories to fall. The beds obviously have been in service a while and offer less lumber support than a water mattress. Came up on Expedia when I searched with a filter on free wifi, however, I found our when I checked in that in fact the wifi was not free and had a cost of €5 per day.

Nel complesso il soggiorno è stato positivo. Il punto debole dell'hotel è sicuramente la parte riguardante la colazione e la cena. Inconsistente la prima , ripetitiva e poco appetitosa la seconda. Consiglierei l' hotel per l'ambiente e il personale senza usufruire della colazione e del pranzo e cena

personale freddo, acqua calda non garantita ogni sera per tutti dopo le 19.00 . anzi quando c'era era fin troppo calda e non vi era la via di mezzo per non ustionarsi. l'assenza di frigo dentro la stanza si fa sentire. per fortuna camera pulita
