The 65 sqm hilltop house has a 160 cm bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen, dining area, sofa, fireplace, washer/dryer and wraparound deck. The 35 sqm waterside studio sits just 20 m from the ocean with a 160 cm bed, bathroom, kitchenette, sofa and dining for two. Ideal for families, couples or friends seeking a calm archipelago escape with parking and space to relax.
Welcome to a peaceful archipelago retreat in Vaxholm, set across two separate homes with sea views, private beach access and a private jetty. We have two homes on our land. The main house sits higher on the property and is approximately 65 sqm. It has a master bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a large bathroom, a compact but well-equipped kitchen, a bar fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, kettle and toaster. The open-plan living area includes an island bar, dining table, large sofa, fireplace, and access to a wraparound deck with beautiful views over the water. There is also a combined washer and dryer for guest use.
Closer to the water is a separate 35 sqm studio house, located around 20 metres from the ocean. The studio includes a 160 cm bed, bathroom, small kitchen with bar fridge, sofa, and dining table for two.
Together, the two houses are ideal for families, two couples, friends, or guests who want shared time together while still having privacy and separation. The property is quiet, scenic and relaxing, with outdoor space, off-street parking, and access to the private beach and jetty.
Guests have access to both houses on the property: the hilltop 65 sqm house and the lower 35 sqm studio by the water.
Guests may also use the wraparound deck, outdoor areas, private beach and private jetty. Both houses include off-street parking.
