The newly renovated 2-family house "Tranter Clavos" is located in the small mountain village of Lain on a beautiful sun terrace approx. 4 km south of Lenzerheide. In summer and winter the village can be reached by post bus, from Chur by post bus, change in Lenzerheide in about 45 minutes. Located in the centre of the village with shopping facilities (SPAR) 200m away. Post bus stop 200m.
The small flat offers a living-dining-bedroom with separate entrance as well as a fully equipped, modern kitchen and modern bathroom. A washing machine is located in the small cellar room for separate use. The terrace can be shared. Suitable for 2 adults. Exceptionally, the pull-out sofa can be used for a further 2 people (more likely children). Dogs allowed.

Wunderbare Unterkunft

So stelle ich mir Schweizer Ferienwohnungen vor, die wunderschön gelegen ist, in einem Dorf auf dem Lande mit Blick auf die Berge. Parkplatz am Haus und sehe nette Vermieter. Alles wie erwartet oder sogar besser und sehr zufrieden. Werde wieder kommen bei Gelegenheit.
