This luxurious terraced house (approx. 85 m²) is located in a very quiet area in Vejer de la Frontera. Unlike many other accommodations here in the region, the house meets all the standards you are used to from home.
There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious living room with TV and fiber optic WiFi.
The large patio is furnished with a table, chairs and plants. There is plenty of free parking and a communal pool in the street.
The living room
The house (approx. 85 m²) was built in 2007 and extends over 2 floors. The patio (terrace - approx. 40 sqm) invites you to breakfast and sunbathing.
The house is located in a very quiet area of Vejer de la Frontera. It is in one of the best locations in Vejer, at the highest point of the mountain. Around the house there are wonderful views of Morocco, the coasts of Zahara de los Atunes and Conil de la Frontera, including the sunset.
In the immediate vicinity there is free parking, a paddle tennis court and the community pool. Within walking distance you will also find numerous shops, restaurants, bars and a supermarket.
The house is fully equipped and is just waiting for you,
- WLAN: fiber optic internet (100 MBit),
- Kitchen: cooking utensils, cutlery, pans, pots, microwave, orange juicer, blender, toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.
In the kitchen there is oil, sugar, salt, coffee, detergent, detergent and fabric softener, dishwasher tablets, sponges and towels. Just use what you need!
- Pantry: Lots of space for your groceries and other things. You will also find a vacuum cleaner, mop, iron and ironing board,
- Living room: air conditioning, dishes, pots and glasses, wooden dining table with chairs, couch, coffee table TV,
- 2 bathrooms: 2 towels per person, bathroom rug, liquid soap and container for your toothbrushes etc. - one bathroom on the first floor and one on the second floor,
- 2 bedrooms: pillows, duvet, light blanket, fitted wardrobes with hangers and compartments - one bedroom on the first floor and one on the second floor,
- Patio (terrace): table, chairs and plants with automatic irrigation system.
neighborhood
Vejer is very close to the beaches - Zahora, Los Caños de Meca and El Palmar are only about 15 minutes away by car.
The area is very quiet and is on the outskirts of the city. It is a very good place to relax and rest as you will not be disturbed by the noise of bars or parties. Therefore you can really enjoy both the patio and the shared swimming pool.
You can easily walk to the old town, which can be reached in about 15 minutes. Please note that we live on a hill here so you always have to go up and down no matter where you go.
You can also hike into nature directly from home. Nearby you will find two great restaurants with great sea views and breathtaking sunsets.
Vejer is a city where it is usually difficult to find a parking space. There are a lot of parking spaces around the house and also directly in the street, so parking is not a problem here.
