Shabby chic 2-bedroom apartment
This apartment is in a newly restored house in the Cannaregio district. It has 2 double bedrooms, and one of them can be set as a twin, with large single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. The living room is quite large, and the family kitchen is fully equipped, and it has a table for dining.
The sofa is very comfortable, and the whole flat is completely restored and furnished in 2025. The central air conditioning and floor heating guarantee a very comfortable stay.
The apartment has a view of the canal of “Rio dei Servi” and it is quite wide, ensuring a lot of light to the whole flat. There is a very lively street on the other side that has shops, café, and restaurants, but there is no noise in the apartment as it is equipped with very efficient double-glazed windows.
The colours, furniture, and paintings are unique and chosen carefully by the owner to give a unique style and feel.
Cannaregio is a very Venetian district, near the Jewish Ghetto and the public boat stop of San Marcuola, the Casino, the open market of San Leonardo, and “Ponte delle Guglie”. “Strada Nuova” is a main street of Venice leading to Rialto in one direction and to the train station on the other. Ca’ Maddalena -Sole is almost in the middle.
