LE LOFT
Le loft "Giorgio" se compose d'un grand salon, 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains et une belle banque privée.

Les chambres garantissent un maximum de confort, elles sont lumineuses et spacieuses. Le premier a un trĂšs grand lit double et l'autre un lit simple trĂšs confortable. Vous pouvez mĂȘme faire correspondre les lits simples. Vous finirez belles et spacieuses salles de bains.
Le salon est la piÚce la plus lumineuse, avec un canapé-lit confortable, une nouvelle télévision intelligente et une cuisine bien équipée. Vous aurez également accÚs à la terrasse privée sur le canal.

- C'est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Vous pouvez facilement accéder à vos bagages depuis la banque privée ou depuis la porte de la rue.

Our family absolutely loved this apartment. Spacious, clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood within a 10-20 minute walk from anywhere you want to go. If you don’t feel like walking just order a water taxi (which we did) and get picked up on the dock at your back doorstep. The owner was super responsive if you need anything at all. Great stay overall and would definitely recommend to any family staying in Venice.

Great stay in Venice at this location

We loved this location as it's within 15 minutes of walking to most popular destinations. It's also right on the canal with a great dock that is pleasant in the morning and evenings. We used the dock for water taxis as well. The host coordinated the water taxi for us to get on right from the apartment. Inside was very clean, modern and new. The bathrooms were great and there are blackout curtains throughout the home. Great communication with the host, who lives a few doors away.

Quiet, convenient location/modern apt

Really nice (though short - we only had 2 nights in Venice) stay for our family of 4. The location can seem a little iffy? at first because you really have to wind through a bunch of narrow alleys to get back to the unit (a pain with our suitcases) and there’s some graffiti (but it is a city
) but after arriving we realized how well the place is situated.It’s quiet (until the water taxis start running in the morning - and then it’s so cool to see the “morning commute” of boats, taxis, schoolchildren!), AC is great after a day of walking, and showers and beds were top notch. Well equipped cabinets and grocery is just around a few corners - we enjoyed the welcome Prosecco & water and bought bread, crackers, meat & cheeses to enjoy outside and in the kitchen/living area. Only negatives were some areas that needed a little more attention from the cleaning service - not bad just not ideal - and not realizing that the washer was just a washer until after we did a load 
 but then we were able to “dry” like Venetians by hanging clothes around the airy kitchen and on the deck.Enrico was super communicative- even as our train was late and he was texting me as he was going into a meeting (much appreciated). Best part was being whisked away on a private water taxi that came right up to our deck/dock - AND avoiding hauling our luggage on the cobblestones and dealing with a series of public water taxis or train crowds.

Great Rental

We loved the location and being right on the canal. The host was very helpful with our arrival and even arranged a water taxi to the airport when we left. We also loved having the balcony to sit on and keep the doors open to enjoy the nice weather and view.

Delightful apartment in quiet neighborhood

The apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. As advertised, the balcony on a back canal was a super interesting way to observe the "real" goings on of the city. We had a water taxi pick us up from there on the way to the airport for departure. Enrico was very helpful in that I could not figure out how to book a taxi from the balcony and for that, I am very grateful! Everything was great and we loved that the location was walkable to everything touristy but felt tucked away in a more "local" part of the city. There was a grocery store just a few minute walk around the corner that came in very handy! Overall, excellent experience.

Book this wonderful place!

My friends and I were very lucky to stay at this beautiful place while on a trip to Venice. Everything was perfect from the communication, to accommodations, location and all the recommendations provided to make our stay memorable! Enrico made everything so easy and he was such a pleasure to work with and helped us navigate our way around Venice. The apartment is perfectly located in a quieter part of the city but only a 15 minute walk to most major attractions. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are super clean and have all the essentials you need. The kitchen was stocked and there is a market right around the corner. Great view of the canal from the outside terrace. Perfect spot for your morning coffee! We will definitely be back! Thank you Enrico for making our trip so wonderful!

Amazing trip to Venice

We have traveled all over Europe and can sincerely say that Enrico is the best host we have encountered in 20 years. He was waiting for us at the unit when we arrived, stored our bags, and gave us a lot of useful tips the area. He went above and beyond arranging transportation for our family of 6 from the dock at the unit. The apartment is clean, well stocked and in a great location. We will stay here again when we return to Venice.

Absolutely incredible! The property was comfortable and spotless. You can tell a lot of thought and effort went into this place. Enrico is an amazing host and will reach out and help you find the place easily the day you check in. You wont find a better rental in venice! The neighborhood is quiet and youll be the only people there, but still close enough to amazing restaurants around the corner. This rental was my favorite out of 2 weeks in Italy!

Very helpful, due to my misunderstanding of the Venice experience we were left at the Tronchetto Pier with no ride at the end of a transportation strike day. Called Enrico and he made everything work great outstanding service. Place was as advertised, beautiful location, away from the tourist crowds but easily walked. Recommend 100%
