Great hotel with stunning canal view! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was well cleaned (eg. mirrors and shower wall shone brightly). Coffee facility in the guest room would be nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!!

Great Place to stay.

This was our second stay with this Hotel & we enjoyed it as much as the first stay. The front desk was aware of our second stay and gave us some nice upgrades. Rooms are clean And staff goes above and beyond to make sure everything is to your liking. The breakfast was delicious with cold and hot options.

Das Empfangs- und Reinigungspersonal, sowie die meisten vom Frühstückpersonal waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist ganz ok, wir haben jedoch in 3-Sterne Hotels schon bessere und sauberere Zimmer gesehen. Die Auswahl beim Früstücksbuffet ist sehr sehr begrenzt, aber war trotzdem gut. Nur das WC war nicht sehr sauber und die Bettdecken hatten flecken drauf, auch nach einem Zimmerservice. Weil Sauberkeit und Frühstück sehr wichtig für mich ist, würde ich dieses Hotel nicht begeistert weiterempfehlen, obwohl wir unseren Aufenthalt in Venedig genossen haben.

Es war ein tolles Hotel, sehr zentral gelegen, alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt und hilfsbereit wurde weiter geholfen. Sehr empfehlenswert! Jederzeit wieder :)
